Upped from 2" to 1 gallons yesterday and will submit photos later today. I mixed rice hulls, pro-mix, coco, Stonington blend South of Maine, and Worm Power worm castings.
Here is my 1gallon photos at day 14. As I look at other photos I realize that mine seem to be in smaller pots too long at times. Im glad I joined so that I can help improve my skills and learn better techniques.
Ok I am here to update my progress. I have since topped the 2 Hazy Kush's, and have left SAGE alone for now. I also had to take out the LED light and swap in a mars hydro tsw600(60Watts). I am running approximately 250 PPFD (+-50) for my veg at the moment. I have been watering with photsynthesis plus, LAB, bokashi, worm castings, and some fish mix. I up potted from 1 gal to 2 gal about a week ago or so. I used Mykos and Azos with a 50/50 blend of Promix BX and South of Maine Stonington Blend
I have this sneaky suspicion that the reason my veg is slow is because of the extremely low RH (RH is 15 to 30)in winter. So when I am able to I have been spritzing the garden with some water to up the humidity and hope that it will help. Does anyone else have this same issue at all ? I was a rookie last year and this year I think I know quite a bit more than last year. I owe that to Dr. MJ Coco , CheapHomeGrow, MBGS, DGC, GFYH, Lex Blazer, FCP,WTTGT, Grateful Grower and one of my favorite shows Crime Pays but Botany Doesn't. (many more but these are some of my top shows I enjoy on the regular). And a few different Forums also.

1st photo is Sage(THSeeds) . 2nd photo is New England Hazy Kush I overheard Kyle breeder on the GWMFG cheaphomegrow last night say that he does not recommend topping this strain. I just want to try and share this information if you are growing his New England Hazy Kush. Now just to be sure I may have got it wrong so please listen to the show to verify my info. Thanks for visiting my garden.
More photos soon. They keep saying my photos are the wrong size. It's too big i keep hearing... I never get tired of that.
Greetings visitor,
Here is an update on my garden. My decision to ignore the low RH of 30% might be causing the slow growth. Or I have a case of the HLV. Either way I am still having fun doing this and to me that's what's most important is learning and enjoying gardening. With Spring only weeks away I couldn't be happier knowing that warmer weather will be here any day now. I am running an HLG R-spec 300L, My first time trying out this light and after hearing all the bad press about HLG I figured I should try using the light by itself to see if it can actually flower the garden effectively . I am entering week 3 of flower and they don't seem to be on track. But these are all new genetics to me so I really don't know what to expect. I am used to early flowering strains by week 4 they usually look almost done. These all are the complete opposite but I have starved them of humidity which is a huge limiting factor in my opinion. In my defense I was misting once a day to try and raise the RH but misting with a water bottle just don't seem to do it. I am going to buy a reptile fogger as soon as I save up some extra cash. I am on a very tight budget so any thing extra has to be a 'need' and not a 'want'. I will take some more photos once the flower develops more. I just realized that I am not using my Red Flower initiator light right now so I am going to set that up in the tent so that will help out tremendously IMO. Ok that's all I have for now. Off to work for the day.
Thats so freaking funny about how so many people are scared to smoke some really good weed. I am psyched I just found out I won seeds for the Spring Auto Flower Challenge !!! WOOT Woot! Super pumped that I don't have to try and decide what to grow for the challenge now. Its such a great feeling to actually win something it feels great! And i already told my one and only grow buddy that lives near me that I would give him one to try. He don't use a computer so he don't get into all these contests like I do. So anytime I win I like to share it with him. He really likes the purple one from Brainstrap. And I am not a big fan of anything purple because when I was younger(1992ish) anytime I would get purple buds they would not catch me a buzz at all. So I have always just steered clear of anything purple. Anyone else have similar experience with purples?
Ok Heres a garden update its getting to be close to finishing but not for quite some time still I am thinking. I want to say I am about day 39 from flip. The other 2 pictures are too big again. I will go try and resize and see i if I make it back here. Pictured below is Hazy Kush day 36. I wasn't going to defoliate but it needed to be thinned out some for sure. I also tried to clear up any lower buds growing and went to town on everything. All 5 flowering plants fit great in the 2x2.5! Sweet.
SAGE by THSeeds Day 55 of flower in a 2 gallon promix with BAS Craft running lights on 11/13 off
I'm hoping it will finish by day 70 or 80.
More photos of the others hopefully tonight.
