Hello Everyone!
This will be my second Coco for Cannabis journal after completing the NYGC. Up next will be Forgotten Cookies and 3 Bears OG (3BOG), both strains I have not grown yet.
I will be in coco coir, 3 gallon fabric pots, and using Greenleaf Nutrients Megacrop 2.0, Sweet Candy, Calmag Pro, and Bud Explosion. For lights, I will be under 3500K Autocobs, one per plant. If I get myself together I will also be using a newly made auto watering system and Automatic draining system (Thank you Dr. MJ COCO!!!)

Ok, I dropped one 3BOG in water this morning for a 24hr soak. And well, I didn’t drop the Forgotten Cookies at the same time because I forgot where I put the seeds, ironic huh?!
Anyway, I found the seeds and dropped it in water tonight, so still 4:20.
Ive been looking forward to growing these two strains for some time now. I am hopeful that they will shine like most Meph strains do.
So I got a bit lazy with my germ procedure and cooked my seeds on a seedling heat mat. This is the first and last time I do that. I had to drop three seeds in water again for a soak tonight and get my poop in a group to set them up for proper germination. They’ll go into paper towel tomorrow.
Here is Forgotten Cookies, the taller girl, and 3 Bears OG. Sorry for the delay as I’ve been harvesting another run.
A bit of a rocky start but I think we’re on track now. Forgotten Cookies has not had an issue but 3BOG went a little funky. Both plants have been topped once at the 4th node and transplanted to their final 3 Gallon pot of coco and perlite.
3 BOG
Both plants are doing well. I’m trying to defoliate a little differently this time around and removed many of the bud sites that I think will grow larf. 3BOG appears to be smaller and more spindly at this point. She put out a ton of bud sites but I’ve pared that down. Forgotten Cookies seems to have a fetish for 3 fingered leaves. This is something I’ve seen before but not on the whole plant. She’s healthy and growing well so I’m chalking it up to genetics.

Plants are doing well. I have noticed that part of the Forgotten Cookies is way behind in development than the other half or so. I’m thinking it could have been a dominance issue when I trained the plant.
3 Bears is a slender thing with good bud to lead ratio, she’s fairly open in structure.
I’ve been struggling with this grow for sure and delinquent in my updates here. I figured out that I have thrips giving me grief so some predator bugs and diatomaceous earth was on the PM agenda.
Forgotten Cookies
She is an odd plant with mostly 3 fingered leaves and developed half of her buds earlier than the other half. The first half are foxtailed and the second look text book. Very frosty with a nice aroma.
3 Bears OG
She is a relatively small plant with thin branching so as soon as she started putting on weight her colas were falling over. I’m not too concerned about it but not my favourite structured plant to date. I’d expect about 3 zips from her and 4-5 from Forgotten Cookies. She still has another couple of weeks to go and maybe more.
I harvested these plants three days ago after flushing and left unwatered for a couple of days before chop. Not much to write home about unfortunately. Both plants were relatively small and took waaaayyyy longer than they should have to ripen up. Forgotten Cookies grew half of its buds foxtailed and the other half of the plant was considerably behind in bud development but ended up growing textbook buds. I haven’t seen this happen before. 3BOG is not known for its large size and that is fine by me, large indoor plants are a pain the the arse for me. She developed some decent buds but nothing spectacular.
I have grown consecutively for two years now and I haven’t had autos run so long before. I might as well have grown photos and they would have been finished sooner.
I’ve done a full plant hang to dry. In my mind leaving the main stalk and colas in tact should slow the drying process as there is more water left in those parts that should move outwards to the buds as the buds dry. Anyway, just my theory. I will check back in when I have dried, trimmed, and weighed the harvest.
I had these plants dried and stored in a Rubbermaid container until I made some time to trim and jar. I got a couple of zips off the 3BOG and all of the Forgotten Cookies is headed for screening. Frosty but larfy so it will be destined for kief. All in all, I’m not impressed with these two plants. FC grew buds that were half weird and the other half looked normal but ended up quite fluffy. 3BOG is known to be a small frost plant and most of the buds were ok but not great. Time to reset the grow space and run some clones.
