I see lots of posts concerning growing which is great but as I move closer towards my first harvest in many years, I’m realizing I need to have a plan in place after harvest to dry and then cure. I’m thinking I will have to build something to maintain temperature and humidity for the drying process. I would love to know what you folks are doing and if you would share some insight?

I have a grow room that I keep at 55% RH and 75 degrees. I keep a dehumidifier running to keep the RH steady and an ac unit that keeps the temperature at 75 degrees.
After watching several videos and doing some reading I think I have a plan. I’m going to purchase a small chest freezer and modify it. My plan is to expand the height of the freezer buy a foot or so and add an exhaust fan/vent into the top which will be controlled by a humidistat, a small fan will be installed internally for circulation. The temperature will be controlled with an external thermostat. The concept is similar to a lagering/fermentation chest I built for brewing many years ago.
I know drying is best at 60% humidity
And 60 degrees F.
73 F is best I can do on temp. At this temp what is the best humidity setting
?????????????????????????????????????
