Hi!
First time posting here. On Dec 30th I'm gonna pop a Strawberry Eclair by G13 Labs to germ. We can grow her together in some coco and then have dessert.🌱
Edit:
LED - daisy-chained Viparspectra 600W (Actual pull 260w x 2)
Coco/perlite mix 70/30
5g in 2.5 x 2.5
General Hydroponics trio
First sign of life! 🎊
Dropped my jiffy pellet into some prebuffered Coco and placed it in my tent. ⛺ Added a small dome on top to keep humidity as well afterwards.
pH @ 6.1
Temp of nutes @ 66°
Checking pH with my Apera pH20 and fed a seedling schedule with GH Flora Trio.
First week that I am adding some silica to my nutrient mix. I use Silica Blast by Botanicare as my silica supplement. Added a larger dome to keep humidity up.
During my grow I'm going to be migrating the plant to a slightly larger grow space and I'm looking forward to that. Possibly toss a couple autos in after that.
Fertigation by hand 2x a day
pH @6.0
Now in week 2 of veg. During week 1 of veg I accidentally shop vac'ed a bit of the side of my plant. 😬
This week I transplanted her into a 3 gallon for the reminder of veg and hope that the damage to the fan leaf hasn't thrown her off schedule too much.
Entering week 3 of veg and she's catching her stride in this 3 gal fabric pot.
I hope to top her later on this week and remove a little of the under foliage from sitting atop the coco.
Entering week 4 of Veg
Very leafy plant, and large leaves as well
Throughout the week I want to try to remove some larger leaves to get a little more light penetration. I also want to work on something to release CO2 while in flower.
pH this week from 5.7-6.2
Temp 67° at night and tops at 80° during the day.
EC approx 1154
Busy week thus far.
Transplanted from a 3 gallon fabric pot to a 5 gallon fabric pot. I have to say, transferring suuuuucks from a fabric pot. I had roots stuck to the bottom of the pot that just ripped. Wasn't the best transfer and was fully expecting shock. Here she is pretransplant-
After the transplant, she actually responded pretty well. So I took the opportunity to clear some bottom nodes, set my scrog net up. I also super cropped some to accommodate for spacing.
Cheers!
Getting ready for flip day and I have this little bush already pushing on my trellis.
Time to make things a bit more breathable yeah?
I normally don't go as hard in my defoliation but I'm trying something new this time. "Let's see how it works out for him Cotton"
Cheers!
Not mucho going down this week.
I flipped her this past Sunday and now I'm just patiently waiting for her to show me that sex. Otherwise I've just been moving her around the trellis squares. I've noticed some pinkish hues showing up on her but I'm 98% sure it's my LEDs causing it.
Cheers!
So it may be a little hard to tell from these pictures but my girl started showing sex today. They are currently kinda small...but don't embarrass her because she's a grower not a show-er.
As such, I moved her into bloom a bit more this week and moved down from gro. Hasn't given me much issues and has been a pleasure to grow. So far so good.
pH floating from 5.8-6.3 this week
EC showed just above 1000
Cheers!
