Both beans pushed up and formed a nice tap root through the bottom of the Root Riot cube. I moved them to Solo cups after coating the cubes in Azoz (Solo cup prefilled with a mix of 70/30 presoaked coco/perlite mix). The cups went under the dome to keep humidity above 90% for a few days until they are ready to harden off.
I've been slacking on my updates lately do to rearanging my space to include the new addition of my 4x8 tent. I've finally potted up the two Lemon Haze from their solo cups to their final home in 3 gallon fabric pots. I fertigated a day before hand and set the pots in the 4x8 tent to get acclimated to the temperature. The roots weren't as developed as much as I had hoped, but they held the coco together all the same. I dusted the hole with both Azos and Mykos before placing the root ball in the hole.
The girls are taking off and giving me hope that they will produce a decent sized plant. Just bumped EC to 1250 yesterday and they have already responded to the increase. So far these Lemon Haze are happy and healthy.
Over the past week, these two girls decided to make a giant leap in height! They both have started showing pistils, so I will be beginning early flower nutes today at an EC of 1150 with a PH at 6.1. Temperature has been about 80F during the day and 73F during lights off. Keeping these girls on a 20/4 schedule. Thanks for stopping by!
Charlie Brown Christmas trees! Growing tall and proud with pom poms starting to build. Still running early bloom mix at an EC of 1150 and PH of 6.2
The girls are arm pit high and are starting to stack. Started mid bloom nutes today with an EC of 1200 and PH at 6.2
One of the girls has started to bulk up nicely, with the other not far behind. Started mid flower nutes at 1300 EC at a PH of 6.2. I hope they finish out with some nice thick buds! It's been a long time since I've had some good Lemon Haze and my fingers are crossed with these two.
Went to do a trich check yesterday and low and behold... we have a winner! Started flush on her with plain water with 5ml of FloraKleen to start removing residual salts and force her to use up stored food in the leaves. More pics to come in a few days when it's chopping time!
Been a few since the last post, but I chopped and hung the first girl on the 13th, day 84 from seed. The second isn't too far behind, but still has about a week to go, best guess.
