Just harvested a couple Strawberry Banana's and two Orange Sherbet's. Tent is smelling like a tropical paradise lol.
Time to clean out the tent and get ready to start some beans!
Tent is all ready to go. Just one Wedding Cheesecake remains, it is entering pre flower.
Shook the Cherry Cola beans in my sandpaper tube for about 30 seconds and placed them on a wet paper towel. Just using tap water from the county. Covered with another plate and I will forget about them for a few days. I don’t soak my beans, I have the most terrible luck using that method. Hopefully I didn’t just jinx myself. 😆
Checked on the ladies this morning and we have 5 of 5 with taproots.
I’ll transfer them to Jiffy’s tomorrow, let them get at least a half inch.
36 hours later, I believe we are ready for Jiffy’s! The Force is with these seeds, let’s hopefully keep the momentum going.
All snug in their Jiffy’s next to my Wedding Cheesecake. They are already loosing their shells. Hurry up and wait 😁
Looking good this morning. Going to get some coco and air pots ready this evening. Just adding a quarter inch of water to the container. The Jiffy’s will draw the water as the seedling needs.
Placed the ladies into air pots yesterday evening. Rinsed and washed my used Tupur with Floraclean. Once drained I add 10% new Tupur and then a nute solution of 400EC before adding the Jiffy’s. I used some root enhancer that I just received samples of. Usually use Dynomyco but I wanted to try this new brand. I will update once I remember the name.
For nutes, I am using General Hydroponics Flora series. Mixed one gallon with 5ml of cal mag and I follow the chart found on this site for the rest. I add Floralious plus, Flora Nectar and Flora Blend also. Here I have started these at 400 EC and 6.2 PH. Hopefully all looks well in the morning. I have a dehumidifier and and humidifier that are Bluetooth and keep the temp and RH within range.
So far so good. Still feeding 400 EC once a day. Tupur holds moisture very well and I sometimes skip a day between watering the seedlings. Don’t want to get lock out. This stage is where I struggle to fine tune so I use the less is more technique.
So far so good, feeding every other day since going into the air pots. Tupur is great at water retention.
Added Armor SI, and Rapid Start to the feeding schedule last night. Starting at 500ec and 6.1 ph.
Trimed the lower branches off each plant. I like to get this done as early as possible with autos. Feeding 550 EC and 6-6.3 Ph. Might add some recharge at tomorrow night’s feeding. Instead of topping I lollipop as early as possible.
Looking happy, feeding every other day currently @700ec and 60-6.3EC.
I will start the mid veg feeding chart on day 21.
We’re at day 21 veg. Feeding 1 liter @ 950 EC every other day. Had to start moving up on the EC on one girl. She is a little more vigorous than her sisters. I will be feeding the late veg solution tonight @1050 EC. Lights are set at 50%.
Little more growth today. Just keeping an eye on the lower growth pinching off any lower shoots. EC is at 1100.
