First female grow. Grew a couple males. Going to get a bunch of old pictures posted but wanted to post a picture of the weird brown/grey growth I asked about on GWMFG.
I asked if this growth is light burn today on growing with my fellow growers. Thanks for the panel and chat on that show for all the help. I don’t think I’m overlit, but I’ll post details soon.
Blueberry Cinnabun (hazelnut creme x blueberry hash) - Pure breeding
Alright - I’ll try to be better about updating these as I go, but here’s a dump of my grow notes and photos.
9/24 scuffed and dipped in aloe, soaked in mykos
9/25 planted in solo cup, (happy frog and worm castings) covered with plastic wrap
9/29 sprouted
10/10 - potted up to approx 1 gallon plastic pot (saw some roots, but probably could have given it at least 3 or 4 more days) into worm castings and happy frog w mycos
10/14 - topped just above 3rd node (3rd set of true leaves)
Earlier than I wanted, but she was already tall
Attempting to propagate the top directly in soil, ripped off bottom leaves, dipped in aloe, planted into mycos and worm castings with a handful of happy frog. Watered, set clear vase upside down over it
10/17 - picture update
10/25Potted up to 7 gal - mostly double thunder, 5lbs of worm castings, and a bit of happy frog - when I pulled the plant out I could definitely see some decent roots growing in the soil, solid time to transplant
10/27 - topped the 4 remaining mains
10/29 - seemed ready for water after only 2 days. Seemed ready to start training
10/31 - got a 2x4 grow tent as an early birthday surprise - decided to flip to flower since everything was looking good
Lights on 10pm-9am so that I have time in the morning to take any vegging plants out of the tent and into the sun
Canopy was looking nice and even, but a little crowded so I tried to tie everything down and pull it apart a bit, it definitely wasn’t tied down well enough Tx and most branches popped back up.
DrCoco mentioned pulling the inside leaf on the second node of mainlines to help with light… should does it look like I should do that?
looks like the flip worked! I’m at approx 11 on, 13 off.
got some cold temps tonight and over the next week, so I had to move my other plant that I was going to let flower outside into the tent…. Hoping it gets real crowded soon! Additional light coming Sunday!
Quick update, the first flowering plant is still looking good. The plant that I was going to flower outside, and moved into the tent to avoid some cold weather hermed on me. It was probably my fault, they were some weird temperature and light things going on with it.
Surely I’m too optimistic since it’s only day 44 or whatever but I think She’s gettin close - Smot thinks she’s pregnant 😂 🫄
Two more weeks
couldn’t wait, so this morning was harvest day! It was an awesome first grow. Came along way from oust side to the closet to the tent.
I’ll be patient next time!

definitely a sad dry room - lol the towel is there to provide more darkness and some humidity (got it a bit wet) there’s a fan off camera for some air movement wish me luck! 60 degrees and reading 50rh right now.
