Grow Review: Skunk#1 by Quebec gold
Grown in. 2x4x6. Tent under 400w hps/mh. Cheap coco brick mixed with perlite. In 5g fabric pots. Auto fertigation 4x a day. Using GH trio,cal mag,armor si and yucca . H2o2 for reservoir. Temps 23-30c. RH. 55%
How Much Does Skunk#1 Stretch?
Stretched a lot compared to the Bruce banner it was grown next to. Started flower at 1.5 tall and ended up closer to 3.5-4ft. Super cropped and still grew into lights.
Harvesting Skunk#1
Plant seem to mature a little slower than the Bruce beside it. Harvested once all trichomes where cloudy.
Drying, Trimming and Curing Skunk#1
Wet trimmed this plant and hung to dry in tent for 4 days at 21c 55-60 RH. Once buds where just chrispy I cleaned them up and placed in jars. Currently curing in jars at 60-70rh. 200gr jarred weight.
The Flavor and Smell of Skunk#1
Definitely skunky smell when trimming and growing. Smell fades once dry but comming back slightly during cure. Really skunky when chopped up.

My Overall Impressions of Skunk#1 by Quebec gold
Great strain to grow. Handles the abuses of a new grower. Missed fertigations,humidity and temp swings . Growing into lights and getting burnt. Did get some foxtail but most likely to close to lights and heat stress.
