eveningGrow Review: Forbidden Runtz by Fastbuds
Truth be told, Forbidden Runtz was my first indoor autoflower run. I use Honor The Plant air pruning grow bags. A small 2.3x2.3x5.3 grow tent with Maxisun MF2000 230w, two Ace Infinity CLOUDRAY 6.5 inch clip fans, and Ace Infinity 6in Inline fan. I use an all organic supersoil mixture with Roots Organics Original as base with many amendments added. I use supersoil on bottom half of grow bag. Throughout the grow I added only water lemon juice to PH, and Sucranat. She was a bit more sensitive to light and had light burn signs when PPFD was lower than usual. She was pretty simple to grow and I regret not feeding her much more. She was very quick yielded very well but sensitive in other ways. She grew the best in the tent that run beating out Sour Stomper by a week shorter in flower an extra half ounce as well.
How Much Does Forbidden Runtz Stretch?
I had started LST on 3rd week doing a good job to spread her out. Once the stretch started I released the LST to let her stretch to the light but stretch was minimal at 6 inches tops. Remember though she LST so I don't know how much stretch an unbound plant give.
Harvesting Forbidden Runtz
Forbidden Runtz was the quickest plant in the tent that run. I harvested her on day 70 but could've harvested her a few days before. The trichomes became 30% amber, which was very surprising.
Drying, Trimming and Curing Forbidden Runtz
I did a wet trim due to a circumstances out of control. Placed each branch in a large box with hygrometer to be able to regulate conditions and make changes if necessary. After a 9 day dry the the buds were cut and placed into Grove bags that keep the conditions within a certain range.
The Flavor and Smell of Forbidden Runtz
My particular pheno was slightly skunky and fruity. My gf said it like tropical fruits.
The Effects and Uses of Forbidden Runtz
Kinda of middle of road effect. Didn't make me tired. Gave a relaxing vibe and releases muscles of stress.
My Overall Impressions of Forbidden Runtz by Fastbuds
Forbidden Runtz is a good strain, not a great strain but all around alright. Well I'd run her again a few down the road.
