Grow Review: DoSiDos by ILGM Sourced
I grew these plants in a peat based grow medium using a fertilizer with relatively low amounts of Phosphorus during the vegetative phase and then bumped the P and K just a as the plants began to enter flower around days 35-42 in the grow. Vegetative nutrients came in at around 1.3 EC and during flower I began at 1.4 and maxed out at 1.5 EC during the grow nutrients were all delivered at a PH of between 6.0 and 6.3.
How Much Does DoSiDos Stretch?
I had considerable variation in the amount of stretch with these ladies. Out of the 5 plants (2 of them became huge sativa-esque girls @ 62 and 68") (2 were very short comparatively and more indica traits were seen ie.less internode spacing, more densely packed foliage.@ 34 and 36") (And I had one plant that really hit what I consider the sweet spot of having a good amount of space within the plant, but still not so tall to become hard to manage. @42")
Harvesting DoSiDos
I watch trichome development and my personal preference is to take the plants when I see just a bit of amber trichomes on spread throughout the buds.
Drying, Trimming and Curing DoSiDos
I do an initial wet trim removing all of the water leaf and I try to do this when the plants are still in the grow room as I think it makes snapping leaves off much easier than after harvesting as the plants become relaxed and wilt. After the water leaves are gone I break the plants down into branch sections and if any colas are overly dense I will at this point remove some pieces to improve air flow and avoid mold, fungal growth. Then it is into the dark at 68 degrees F with a few oscillating fans moving a ton of air. The idea here is to get the surface dried down quickly and pull out a good amount of moisture as well, but not to kill it. After 48 hours of this I move into a slow regulated finish dry or cure whichever you prefer this happens at 60% RH and with slower fan speeds usually taking another 10 to 14 days to get the flowers down to 12% moisture content. Then it's time to enjoy or store long term.
The Flavor and Smell of DoSiDos
I describe the flavor of this strain as something like "Fruit Stripe Gum" with just a hint of pine and pepper. The fruit taste is on the side of citrus my taste buds say... grapefruit to orange. Very smooth smoke.
The Effects and Uses of DoSiDos
A very uplifting and energetic high unless you want to really burn through some grams of this stuff. If you do there is a point where at one point you're up and wanting to reorganize the M&Ms alphabetically but then you you go a bit further and it's time for a shower and bed at 8 PM. Very versatile, use good judgement and all will be glorious.

Absolutely love this plant strain. It's in my top 5 of all time. Great grow, amazing effects and and wonderful yield.
